Why owner-operated matters
When the name on the license shows up to work.
Plenty of construction outfits hand your project down a chain — a salesperson quotes it, a project manager schedules it, a rotating crew builds it, and nobody quite owns the result. Lone River is built the opposite way. Alejandro Huizar holds the license, walks every project, writes every estimate, and stands behind every finished job.
That structure keeps us honest in the two places it counts: the price you're quoted reflects the work that actually needs doing, and the person you call with a concern is the person who can fix it.
